Our Brewing Page

We purchased the Brew Magic system in 2008. Since that time we have brewed several India Pale Ales, a few Raspberry Pale Ales, and one Blackberry Wheat. We have two Blichmann 14.5 gallon Conical "Fermenators" and a "Chill Wizard" cooling system for the wort when it leaves the boil kettle destined for the fermentors.  After the required time in the fermentors, we keg and force carbonate the tasty beverage for serving.
